To create a LawnGateway login, you will need your unique customer number, the email address associated with your account, and your property address number.
Your customer number can typically be found in your LawnGateway Service Assistant confirmation email, invoices, after-service notifications, and account-related emails from UltraGreen.

Why was I charged twice?
In some cases, a customer may have both an active Stripe subscription and billing activated through LawnGateway. If you believe you were charged twice, please contact UltraGreen support and we will review your account, confirm your billing setup, and make any necessary adjustments.

Why am I billed every month if I did not receive a service this month?
UltraGreen subscription programs are billed monthly as part of an annual lawn care package. You are not being charged separately for each individual service. Your yearly lawn care program is bundled into one annual price and split into monthly payments. Some months may include multiple services, while other months may have fewer visits depending on weather, season, and treatment timing.

Can I switch from monthly subscription billing to pay-per-service billing?
Yes. Customers who prefer to pay after each treatment can cancel their monthly subscription through Stripe and activate auto-pay inside LawnGateway. Once pay-per-service billing is active, you will be charged after each completed treatment at the standard per-service rate. Please contact support if you need help making this change.

I still have weeds. What should I do?
If you are an active UltraGreen customer and still have weeds, please contact support so we can schedule a service call. Many UltraGreen programs include unlimited service calls or retreatments as part of your lawn care plan.

Can I add extra services to my subscription?
The Essentials Plan includes fertilization and weed control every 4–6 weeks, broadleaf weed control, grassy weed control, sedge control, spring and fall pre-emergent applications, quality assurance visits, and unlimited retreatments when needed.

I still have weeds and I’m unhappy with my lawn. Why should I still pay for my service?
UltraGreen guarantees results through consistent treatments and regular account maintenance. If you are still experiencing weeds or lawn issues, please contact our support team so we can schedule additional services, retreatments, or quality assurance visits at no additional charge when included in your program. However, accounts that become delinquent or unpaid may void warranties, guarantees, retreatments, and future services according to the terms of the service agreement.

Do I have to keep my account current to receive guaranteed results?
Yes. UltraGreen lawn care programs are designed around consistent, recurring treatments throughout the year. To maintain eligibility for guarantees, retreatments, service calls, and warranty coverage, accounts must remain current and paid according to the agreed billing schedule.

Can I cancel my lawn care subscription at any time?
Yes. UltraGreen customers may cancel at any time. However, by activating service and receiving your first application, you agreed to participate in an annual lawn care program. If promotional pricing, discounted rates, or introductory offers were applied to your account, those discounts may be removed upon early cancellation. Customers remain responsible for payment for all completed services rendered on the property at the standard retail service rate

What happens if I cancel my lawn care program early?
If you cancel your lawn care program before completing the annual service agreement, any introductory discounts, bundle pricing, promotional offers, warranties, or guarantees may become void. Completed services may be recalculated at the standard retail service price. Please contact support if you have questions regarding your account balance or cancellation options.

I can’t afford my current lawn care plan. Do you offer lower-cost options?
Yes. UltraGreen offers multiple lawn care options depending on your budget and lawn care goals. Customers may downgrade their subscription plan at any time. We also offer a Starter Plan for qualifying customers, which includes recurring lawn treatments every 6–8 weeks. The Starter Plan does not include grassy weed control, sedge control, or unlimited retreatments, but it provides affordable recurring lawn care maintenance for customers seeking a lower monthly cost.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my lawn care program?
Yes. Customers may upgrade or downgrade their UltraGreen lawn care subscription at any time. Additional services such as flea and tick control, fungicides, mosquito control, lime treatments, grub prevention, tree and shrub care, soil conditioners, and other premium services can be added to qualifying programs for an additional monthly cost.
